About Shoreline Dance Club
The Shoreline Dance Club offers easy ballroom dancing in a relaxed social setting. Dances are held in the Stuart Community Room of the Gorton Community Center, 400 E. Illinois Road in Lake Forest, IL.
The season begins in September and ends in May/June totaling eight dances a year. A lesson is given before each dance by professional instructors, Bob & Penny Urbon. The recorded music is selected for easy dancing dating from the 1940s through the present. Refreshments are served. Attire is dressy/casual.
Admission per couple per dance is $20 for members and $25 for nonmembers. Membership dues per couple is $20 per year. Guests are always welcome as are dancers of all ages and abilities.
