The Illinois State Social Dance Championships
Dear Fellow Dance Enthusiasts,
On behalf of , Dan & Becky and Ourselves, we would like to invite you to attend and compete at the first annual Illinois State Social Dance Championships.
We are very excited to bring to you a new type of event that is catered to social dancers, social dance studios and teachers who would like to have the opportunity to be a part of a competition that is user friendly and is geared toward the social aspect of ballroom dancing.
The goals of this event and all social dance competitions that we hope to offer you in the future are unique and different, with the emphasis being interpretation of the music, floor craft, but most importantly, the joy and fun of sharing your favorite hobby with other social dancers.
We are sure you will enjoy this new type of event and all of the benefits it can bring to social dancers of all levels and ages.
The rules and regulations, dance categories, age divisions etc… for a social dance competition are very different from a dancesport event so, please read them carefully! If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, feel free to call us at anytime! (847) 331 4846 or (262) 367-3367.
We
look forward to seeing you in Chicago!
Bob & Penny, Dan & Becky
